Yes. Setup includes tuning Valmay on your practice details — services, hours, policies, and FAQs — so it can handle front-desk questions accurately, not only book visits. We also configure calendars, embed the agent, and test Q&A plus booking end to end before go-live.
Can Valmay embed on my practice website?+
Yes. Standard setup includes a clinic-branded embed on your JamaicaMD page or your own website. Portal, EHR, and multi-surface embeds are available on quoted setup tiers starting from $999.
What is the difference between clinic-branded and white-label?+
Clinic-branded is included: patients see your practice name in the chat on your site. Full white-label (your logo, colors, and no Valmay branding) is optional on Portal and EHR setups and is quoted on your setup consult.
